Swamp Pop Jean Lafitte Ginger Ale Review

At first taste I thought this was too sweet, and then as it settled in and started to burn I thought it might be a little too intense. I guess that makes it sound balanced, but as I continued to drink it, it felt more like an ever-swinging pendulum. I could see this working for some, but for me there are many other ginger ales I prefer.

Bruce Cost Blood Orange-Meyer Lemon Ginger Ale Review

I was confident enough I’d like this one that I bought two bottles before I’d even tried it. It beautifully delivers on its promise, containing a fun blend of ginger, orange, and lemon flavors. It also has that nice ginger burn, but not in every sip, so it doesn’t overwhelm the whole experience. Another winner from Bruce Cost.

Bruce Cost Passion Fruit Ginger Ale Review

At first this seems like just a sweet passion fruit soda, but the ginger lends quite a kick, leaving a not unpleasant little burn on the back of your throat. It’s stronger than most ginger ales, but not in ginger beer territory. The little floating particles are a bit creepy, but don’t detract from the enjoyment.
